I CAN'T FIND YOUR STORE ADDRESS, WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are an online caterer and do not have a physical storefront. We rent a commercial kitchen space where all of our goods are baked.
HOW MUCH ARE CUPCAKES?
Regular size cupcakes are $48 per dozen, one flavor per dozen.
CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL CUPCAKES OR JUST A COUPLE?
No, we do not sell individual cupcakes. Regular size cupcakes are sold by the dozen, one flavor per dozen. All cupcakes are baked to order.
DO YOU OFFER MINI SIZED CUPCAKES?
At this time we are not offering mini sized cupcakes.
DO YOU OFFER TASTE SAMPLES?
Taste samples are reserved for wedding and large orders of 6 dozen or more. However, depending on days we bake and what flavors are available that day, you can purchase a 4-pack sampler for $16. If interested in purchasing a 4-pack sampler prior to placing an order, please contact us to find out availability. For wedding and large order taste consultations, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order by phone, email or from our website.
HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders of 3 dozen cupcakes or more require 7-day advance notice. For orders with custom designs, cakes or cookies we ask that you allow at least 2 week advance notice as these require a little more time to prepare.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment in full is due at time order is placed. Payment can be made online by clicking on the link that is provided on the invoice that is emailed to you when order is placed. Cash or credit is also accepted.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. Delivery fee for Union City, Hayward, Newark and Fremont is $5. Delivery fee for deliveries outside of these cities start at $15 and up, depending on distance.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you prefer to pick up, please contact us to make arrangements.
DO YOU CATER FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! We cater for weddings, baby showers, corporate events and all other special occasions!
DO YOU RENT DISPLAY STANDS?
Yes. We offer white round display stands that accommodate 2 dozen to 25 dozen cupcakes. Rentals are 24 hour period. Call for pricing.
